Automatic Tape Dispenser - AT-55 tape dispenser
（1）Insert the plug into the socket, open the back power switch
An electronic sounds come out after starting.The manual mode LED displays“1” meanwhile LED flashes“9”.
（2）Keep the tape fitted at the feeder roller, continual press button“6”until the tape enters in the cutter blade.
（3）After the tape enters in the cutter blade, press button “7”to cut the tape.
If without setting tape cutting size, the required cutting size is adjustable and tape can be cut by pressing the cutting button.
（4）If with setting the tape cutting size, the tape can be directly cut by pressing auto button“3”.
（5）After pressing the Auto-button, the automatic mode LED“2”displays, the button “4”Displays the cutting size.
（6）if need setting the tape cutting size, it is adjustable by pressing button“5”and “6”. The automatic operation is not available without putting the tape, in order to keep from the danger, machine idle racing, idle cutting. No LED flashes and back to manual mode
（7）After setting the tape size, the machine can cut automatically
Putting Tape
When putting the tape, if the tape can't extend or twist together, pleased unload the cutter cover and continue pressing the button“6” ,when tape extends at the cutter blade, close the cutter cover and cut the tape by pressing the button“7”.
Please don't cut the tape without closing the cutter cover, otherwise cause danger.
·If the tape roll is too tight, please cut the excessive part of the tape roll.( Due to the difference of manufacture and products, the tape core diameter may have error or tape roll exceeding the size) .
Function Operation
“3”----For the shift between manual mode and automatic mode. (The automatic mode is not available without putting the tape. NO LED flashes nd shift to manual mode).
“5”“6”--At manual mode, it transfers the tape. At automatic mode, it is used for setting tape length.
“7”--At manual mode, it cut the tape. At automatic mode, no use of the function.
“9”“10”LED -- at manual mode, LED“9”flashes, operation indications as below.
If press the arrowhead mark button, the cutting button LED“10” flashes, means press the cutting button. After pressing the cutting button, the tape can be cut basis on the setting length.
Deal with tape twisting
When setting tape or using, sometime occurs the tape twisting at the feeder roller and cutting blade, the machine will alarm to show the trouble information and automatically shift to manual mode. For the trouble, please continually press the arrowhead mark button “5”until the motor reverses, the twisted tape will be taken out, then you can re-put the tape.
Cutter replacement
(in avoid of danger, please turn offer the power before operation) When replacing the cutter, firstly unload the cutter cover, and press the cutter components(black) up and down as well pull towards you, then easily unload the cutter. Please don't be hurt by the cutter when unloading.
Silicon roller replacement
Tape out roller will wear and tear after long time use or cutting strong adhesive tape. When replacing, firstly unload the cutter cover and cutter components, then unload the two screws to replace.
Reel
Tensility reel. The tape tensility can be adjusted basis on the tape's stickness.
Cutter sticked by tape and unable to erase
If the tape sticks on the cutter, please wipe the silicon oil on the cutter.
Tape damnified without pressure
Open the cutter cover, and adjust by turning the face upside pressure adjustment knob.
