Function instruction of C10 soldering station

Function instruction of C10 soldering station:

1. Function instruction of buttons

* Function shift button. Press the button for one or two secs, the unit will enter into the function setting, press the button again, it will enter into the next function setting option and shift.
▲ Digit up button. Press one time, the digit increase one. Press it continuously, the
digit will increase continuously.
▼Digit down button. Press one time, the digit decrease one. Press it continuously,
the digit will decrease continuously.
# Confirmation button. When entering into function setting and digit setting, if the
LCD shows correctly as our request, please press the button "#”

2. struction of function setting

A. Password set:
Press "*" button to enter into "password set", press "#" to confirm, press "▲" "▼"to set the required value, then press "#" to confirm and locked, the unit will return back to normal working status.
Note: fectorg setting password is "000",unlodked status.
B. Temperature set:
Press "*" button twice to enter into "temp set”, press "#" to confirm, press "▲" "▼"to set the required value, then press "#" to confirm and end the setting,
the unit will return back to normal working status.
Note: the lowest temperature is 150℃ , the highest temperature is 450℃ , the system default temperature(factory setting temperature) is 350℃ .
C. Sleep tempeature set:
Press "*" button three times to enter into "Sleep temp set”, press "#" to confirm, press "▲" "▼" to set the required value, then press "#" to confirm
and end the setting, the unit will return back to normal working status. Note: the lowest sleep temperature is 150℃, the highest temperature have to be lower than working temperature, the system default temperature(factory setting
temperature) is 180℃.
D. Sleep time set:
Press "*" button four times to enter into "Sleep time set", press "#" to confirm, press "▲" "▼"to set the required value, then press "#" to confirm and end the
setting, the unit will return back to normal working status.
Note: the shortest time of sleep is 0mins., the longest time of sleep is 60mins, the system default temperature(factory setting temperature) is 0mins; If set
sleep time 0 mins, the unit will not enter into sleep status.
E.Restore factory set:
Press "*" button six times to enter into "Restore factory set", press "#" to confirm, press "▲ " "▼ "to set the required "Y", then press "#" to confirm and end the setting, the unit will return back to normal working status.
Note: When LCD shows "N",  if press "#", the unit will not restore factory set.
Only when LCD shows "Y", if press "#", the unit will restore factory set.

F.Exit set:
Press "*" button eight times to enter into "Exit set menu", press "#" to confirm, press "▲" "▼"to set the required "Y", then press "#" to confirm and end the setting, the unit will return back to normal working status.
Note:
A. When LCD shows "N", if press "#", the unit will not exit set. Only when LCD shows "Y", if press "#", the unit will exit set and return back to normal working status.
B. When LCD shows "N",  if press "#", the unit will shift to next function "password set".
C．"Exit set", at the status of function set, if no need to set anymore, operate as per the procedure of "exit set", the unit will return back to normal working status.

3.Assembly and operation

A.connection
1.To sure power voltage and body voltage are the same and connect right
2.Input power plug into soldering station socket
3.Input manual switch into socket
4.Input soldering iron plug into soldering iron socket, keep the plug convex aimed at the socket grooves.
5.Put the solder wire on the solder wire frame

B.Solder wire leading
1.Turn on the power and pull the solder wire from solder wire frame, straighten the wire.
2.Input the solder wire into solder hole and put it between blade and leading solder wheel
3.Setting the switch in the state of【manual】 and speed 30-50, then pressmanual switch, lead out solder wire from export solder tube to solder outlet.

C．Function instruction of solder feeding
Lead out solder by manual
1.Set the switch in the state of manual
2.Set the solder feeding speed
3.Press the foot pedal switch to work, loosen it to rest.

Lead out solder by auto
1.Set the switch in the state of AUTO
2.Set the feed solder speed
3.Set the feed solder time
4.Set the solder length by setting solder feeding speed and time. Stepping foot pedal switch, it will stop lead out solder after the solder feeding time ends, because solder feeding time is not related to the time of stepping the foot pedal
switch , solder feeding length=solder feeding speed×solder feeding time.

Solder reverting time
1. Set the solder revert time , keep the solder reverting speed fixed, the solder
reverting length can be set only with setting the solder reverting time.

A：the Minimum Cutting lengh of M1000 is 20mm，While for M1000S is 5mm.

Q：What I use is Electrical Insulating Tapes，which kind of machine will fit？
A：A-2000 will be perfect fot it，A2000 can be applicated for both Scotch tape and non-adhesive tape，its using widely.

Q：Any machine could cut 80mm width tape？
