Function and Features of "Autotek" AT80-A/B Industry TAPE DISPENSER

Overload
If the tape winds around the roller to result in Abnormal cutting, or mechanical failure cause the motor unable to work normally, Over Load Alarm Lamp is turned on, the machine will stop Immediately. Please do as follows:
（1）Turn off the Power Switch “1”.

（2）Open the front panel“12”and take out the wound up tape(you can move the roller hand), or rule out mechanical failure.

Safety switch
Whenever open the front panel “12 ”, power switch is turned off for your safety.

How to change the blade
The blade is consumption goods. Blade’s life depends on tape’s quality or thickness. Our machine uses simple blades, so you can buy it anywhere.
1.Take out the blade.

（1）Take off the front hook “11” and open the front panel “12” .

（2）Take out the screw.
※ When you use saw blade, take out the hexagon head bolt.

（3）Pull out the blade from the slit.

2.Put on the blade.

（1）There is the split on the right side of the blade.
（2）Insert the blade into the slit.

How to take off the tape
1) Open the safety Cover ⑧.
2)Take off the tape from the body.
3)Pull out the tape upwards.

（3）Applied with any type of adhesive tape.
B Type Features:
（1）Cutting protection film width maximum 80mm.
（2）AUTO/MANUAL two modes for choice.
（3）Applied with protection film cutting
