Customer in India: its very fine for 5 hours but after 5 hours gear are stucks(this parts is not completing full cycle,move and down is one cycle but its stuck in middle and not complete full cycle).pls find the attached video.why gears are stucks in new Automatic Tape Dispenser?
We reply: because the tape is a bit thick.this kind of cotton tape is not suitable for ZCUT-2.pls change another kind of tape to check it.
Customer in India :yes,cell tape is working fine!
Conclusion: the ZCUT-2 tape dispenser is not suitable for the 0.5mm thick cotton tape.
Solution: fray the cushion a slight thin.for 0.3mm will be ok.
